Scraps, savings and spiders – Lloth inspired doll

This one is my two fav things  – roleplay and doll customizing – mixed together…
Long story short: I had several dolls broken to the point that I could not use them as stand alone character bases, so I mixed all the parts and created something else, that could salvage as much parts as possible. Kinda doctor Frankenstein work 😉

But why Lolth?
If you are not familiar with the name – Lolth (or Lloth in the drow dialect) is D&D goddess,  the Demon Queen of Spiders, and chief goddess of dark elves.
I am 80’s kid, so when I was younger – D&D was a THING – seriously – other systems were less known where I grew up, but D&D  was a key word, that could ring a bell even  if person you’d talked to was not classified as geek. Same was with my Life Companion – he’s probably even bigger fan than I am. ( I’m more into Warhammer to be honest 😉 )

So since I had Wydowna Spider 6-armed, black as night torso I went with that as my main direction. I also used Spectra Vondergeist head, CAM Dragon limbs, and Vampire CAM hands.
Spectra’s head was shrunken, with eye sockets cut, repainted in black, and glass pearl eyes inserted. All other parts were also repainted to match the torso.
I used brushed acrylic yarn as her hair, since there is no better material for intricane yet natural looking hairstyles.

All clothes and accessories are removable, hand made pieces.
She is up for adoption on my Etsy store.
